Boti doesn’t collects email addresses if you didn’t explicity provided it. Boti collects the messages you sent to Boti inluding media and contracts. Boti don’t collect other personal information.
Boti uses cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience and to learn about how you use the service in order to improve the quality of our services. We don’t collect any usage behavior outside the context of our services.
Data Use
The log information is mainly used for usage analysis in Google Analytics and other Analytics platforms, such as how many users access X feature.
We may also use log information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve Boti technologies and services.
We may put customized content and advertising in the future based on ads cookies.
If information is used in any way other than indicated above, it will be in the aggregated form, and with all personal identifications removed.
